Nothing But the Blood of Jesus
For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down from your forefathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect. (1 Peter 1:18-19)
All of the silver and gold on earth would not be sufficient to redeem a single one of us from our sins!
Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him! (Romans 5:9)
God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement through faith in his blood. (Romans 3:25)
We have been justified and saved, but only through faith in the blood.
They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb. (Revelation 12:11)
And, Christ’s blood is also able to overcome the attacks of Satan, the wicked one.
