J.D.’s Speaking Schedule:

May 18, 2024: J.D. Mitchell will be presenting his talk with the title “Evolution’s 14 Greatest Frauds,” at the regular May Design Science Association meeting.

Location for the meeting is Greater Portland Bible Church, 2374 SW Vermont St. Portland, Oregon 97219. Meeting starts at 9:00 AM.

Here is the description of J.D. Mitchell’s talk “Evolution’s 14 Greatest Frauds:”

The Biblical Creationist could posit that evolution is primarily a collection of fraudulent presuppositions. It has even been said that there are literally hundreds of frauds that make up the evolutionist hypothesis. Professor Jerry Bergman in his book Evolution’s Blunders, Frauds and Forgeries concluded, “The reasons for this serious problem [of fraud] in science include the drive for money, tenure, promotions, grant renewals, professional rivalry, and the need to prove one’s own theories and ideas. Another factor is the rejection of Christianity and moral absolutes, which has resulted in a collapse of the moral foundation that is critical in controlling fraud. Some claim the problem is so serious that possibly the majority of published research claims are false.”

There are some of evolution’s frauds that have proven to be so dangerous and impactful that they merit a closer look. J.D. Mitchell has compiled a large amount of information on what he believes are the 14 greatest frauds of evolution. In this PowerPoint presentation he has cut out the excess minutiae so as to present the salient points of each of the 14 greatest evolutionary frauds. Most creationists have heard of some of these frauds, but everyone will likely learn some new facts about these specific frauds, and fraudulent science in general, that will build up their faith in God’s Word and in the creation science movement.

This talk is appropriate for ages 12 and older.

J.D. and his wife Bonnie will also have a good collection of fossils and fossil replicas for sale at the meeting.
