I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. (Matthew 5:18)

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. (Matthew 24:35)

All Scripture is God breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:16)

These verses speak strongly to the verbal inspiration and the accuracy and inerrancy of the Bible. And there are many others. As each year comes and goes more and more Christian churches make liberal pronouncements regarding God's Word. Sayings such as, “We take the Bible seriously, but not literally” give evidence to this mistaken race away from God's truth and down the slippery slope of secular thought.

The other day I read of a theologian who said Jesus was wrong with regard to his scientific pronouncement that Adam and Eve were at the beginning (Mark 10:6). This because he believed Jesus only had the man-knowledge of the time.

Just think about it. We have this Christian authority telling us that the God-man was ignorant and we should rather believe the speculations of atheistic evolutionists! What is next?

I suggest you read your Bible to find out!
