I know that my Redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand upon the earth. (Job 19:25)

Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned. (Romans 5:12)

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23)

These verses are among the many that confirm the important doctrines that support the plain reading of Genesis chapters 1-11. Death came to be as the result of the sin of a real man (Adam) and is not a good thing. This is diametrically opposed to the ideas of those who promote atheistic (or theistic) evolution where death, disease and suffering are all good things that have allowed for our evolution over millions of years.

If death came as a result of sin, as is consistently taught in the Bible, then the idea that death is a necessary process that has driven millions of years of evolution cannot be true. On the other hand, if the atheistic ideas of evoution and millions of years are true, then Jesus died for nothing and certainly cannot be our Redeemer.

Then you will know that I, the LORD, am your Savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty one of Jacob. (Isaiah 60:16)

I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him for that day. (2 Timothy 1:12)

I know without a doubt that Jesus lives and he is indeed my Redeemer!

You can be assured of this too, but you must not allow yourself to be influenced by the secular ideas that attempt to sell you that the Bible is not accurate, authoritative and inspired from the very first verse.
