He said to them: “It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority.” (Acts 1:7)

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the LORD. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55:8-9)

O LORD, you have searched me and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise, you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. Before a word is on my tongue you know it completely, O LORD. You hem me in – behind and before; you have laid your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain. (Psalm 139: 1-6)

Our God has provided us with two perfectly synchronized revelations: His General Revelation, the Creation; and his Special Revelation, the Bible. Those who accept Christ also have the benefit of the guidance of the Holy Spirit. From these revelations and the assistance of the marvelous power from above, we can know everything that God wants us to know while we are here on earth.

However, as we read in today's verses, we must understand there are some things we cannot now know, and this is undoubtedly for our own best interests, as we would likely use that knowledge in a wrong way. Yes, certain things are just too wonderful and lofty for us to attain!
