For it is time for judgment to begin with the family of God; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God? If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner? (1 Peter 4:17-18)

Believers and non-believers will all be judged by God. But, the judgment is of a different type for the believer according to God's Word.

For we must appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that one may receive what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad. (2 Corinthians 5:10)

So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God. (Romans 14:12)

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. (Romans 8:1)

I take this to mean that the judgment for the believer is more of an assessment of the role he will play in eternity. While this judgment has nothing to do with salvation, there is good reason to be on the right path all of our days while on earth.
