Who is he that condemns? Christ Jesus, who died – more than that, who was raised to life – is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. (Romans 8:34)

Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgments to the son. (John 5:22)

Will Christ condemn those for whom he died? No because:
1. Christ died for our sins.
2. Christ is risen again – God the Father has accepted his sacrifice for us.
3. Christ is at the right hand of God the Father, where he is preparing a place for us.
4. Christ makes intercession for us. He asks the Father for not our condemnation.

Therefore,
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in creation will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39)
