We can never pay for our sins by performing good deeds. The only way to obtain salvation is by faith in the work at the cross performed by the Lord Jesus Christ. People cannot work their way to heaven.
Cults, apostate Christians and many others act as if they either do not understand this or don't believe it is true. But, it is a clearly stated biblical fact. Let us believe in the Lord and call on his name. Then, we shall be saved!
