The LORD will reign for ever and ever. (Exodus 15:18)
The works of his hands are faithful and just; all his precepts are trustworthy. They are steadfast for ever and ever. (Psalm 111:7-8)
Your word, O LORD, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens. (Psalm 119:89)
Our God is eternal. His works and His word are also for ever and ever. His redeemed are also eternal as testified in the next verse.
There will be no more night. They [His servants] will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever. (Revelation 22:5)
However, those who reject the Creator God and His word can expect a different future.
You have rebuked the nations and destroyed the wicked; you have blotted out their name for ever and ever. (Psalm 9:5)
And the smoke of their torment rises for ever and ever. There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and his image, or for anyone who receives the mark of his name. (Revelation 14:11)
And a final encouragement for believers:
But from everlasting to everlasting the LORD's love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children's children. (Psalm 103:17)
