The battle of the Biblical Christian versus the Secular worldviews continues unabated. In fact, as each day goes by it seems to grow in intensity. The apostle Paul has provided us some helpful advice for our daily battles in this war.

For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. (2 Corinthians 10:3-5)

Those who oppose him [the Lord's servant] he must gently instruct in the hope that God will grant them repentance leading them to a knowledge of the truth, and that they will come to their senses and escape from the trap of the devil, who has taken them captive to do his will. (2 Timothy 2:25-26)

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (Ephesians 6:12)

Paul tells the Christian that he must put on the full armor of God and stand firm. He then list the components of the armor as follows:

1. The belt of truth
2. The breastplate of righteousness
3. The gospel of peace
4. The shield of faith
5. The helmet of salvation
6. The word of God

So Christians do indeed have an impressive arsenal available in order to fight this war!
