For the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. You have done a foolish thing, and from now on you will be at war. (2 Chronicles 16:19)

But Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD. (Genesis 6:8)
For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayers. (1 Peter 3:11)
Christians must not lose track of the facts in these verses. God is watching and listening. We must not ever allow the rejection of his love and grace by our culture influence our behavior. As the remnant we are called to fellowship, to study the Word and to pray continually to the personal Creator God.
