From the west, men will fear the name of the LORD, and from the rising of the sun, they will revere His glory. For He will come like a pent-up flood that the breath of the LORD drives along. (Isaiah 59:19)
When Christ returns He will be totally irresistable. All mankind will know who He is and all will bow down in complete reverence.
His coming will be like a huge flood that relentlessly flows over territories with no possible way to stop it. This flood has been building for ages as man's sins have multiplied. Its pent up energy unstoppable when the time is right according to God's perfect will.
And the Scriptures are filled with references to Christ's return. Many people say that since He has not returned after two thousand years, then the Bible is in error.
But, the believers say, “Come Lord Jesus!”
