Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm. The men were amazed and asked, “What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!” (Matthew 8:26b-27)
The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land. (Psalm 95:5)

He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed. (Psalm 107:29)
Christ the Creator has the power to control all of His creation including even the winds and the waves! He is our ever present omnipotent Lord for eternity and is to be greatly praised!
