So do not be afraid of them. There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known. (Matthew 10:26)

The Bible has a number of passages that warn of the futility of trying to hide from God. Adam and Eve were the first who tried to hide from God and they were woefully unsuccessful (Genesis 3:8). Men and women have been attempting to do so ever since.

Today our secular culture emphasizes this attempt to hide by working to marginalize Biblical Christianity and by trying to cling to materialism instead. We see today a huge push from the secularists for our society to normalize apostasy and perversity. Many seem to have fooled themselves into thinking they have succeeded in this quest. However, the Bible tells that this position is only temporary and not a single person will have long-range success in this attempt.

In Revelation 6:15-16 we are told that after the rapture of the church those remaining on earth will call to the mountains and the rocks asking that they, Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! They will say this knowing that there will be absolutely no place to hide from that wrath. No, hiding from God is not a possible option now or anytime in the future. A much better choice is to seek God instead.
